With more than 10% of migrant population, Spain is considered one of the gates to Europe, and some communities have been established in the country for over thirty years. ESA offers students with interest in migration processes and art the opportunity to get into direct contact with migrant communities in Madrid and Barcelona and learn about their experiences and artistic projects. ESA connects students with migrant artists and initiatives in Madrid and Barcelona, which are the ideal places to get a broad perspective of the underestimated impact of migration in the country.
